Two ways in: enter a club team of six to eight players, or register as a free agent and we will place you with a club that needs your slot.
Eight slots, then the door closes
The 2026 pilot is a single division of eight clubs. Those eight become the league's founding clubs — and from Season 2, only founding clubs may enter teams into Division 2 (16 teams) and Division 3 (32 teams).
In practice that means a founding club can run several teams across the pyramid, move players between them and build a real club structure. A club that sits the pilot out cannot buy its way in later.

The DUPR requirement
DUPR submission is mandatory for every APPL match. Every one of the four doubles games — and the DreamBreaker when it is played — is submitted the same night, so every league appearance moves your rating.
Captains are responsible for submitting results. Clubs that miss submissions forfeit the fixture points for that week.
