The two group winners meet on finals night for the APPL title.

Second place in each group plays off for the Plate.

Third place

Third in Group A against third in Group B.

Shield

Fourth place

The bottom club in each group finishes the season with a trophy to chase.

All four finals are played on the same night at a single neutral venue, in the standard four-game format with a DreamBreaker if required.
